Inca Jungle Trek | iPhone Photos

Tuesday, March 31, 2015

Sometimes whipping out a giant camera is too much effort, and you just shoot it with your phone instead. Some shots, like riding downhill on a mountain bike or a selfie with a llama just wouldn't be practical with a chunky camera. Here's a collection of our iPhone snaps from the 4-day Inca Jungle Trek.

  4. This definitely shows why you guys are such great photographers - you take beautiful and interesting pictures no matter the equipment! :) I particularly love the picture of the river cutting through the mountains at the beginning of the post: I've never seen this side of Peru before!

    1. Hi Melanie. Thanks so much! Sometimes my iPhone photos turn out better than the SLR photos. Kind of annoying, right?!

Peru has so much different scenery. I wish we had time to make it to the sand dunes and drier parts.

  7. Amazing photos, they're better than I would have gotten from my phone. The picture of the bucket going over the river. I would love that, my husband would probably refuse!

  21. Sometimes, even experienced photographers, can get a bit shy when taking photos in a crowded place, or a country we're not familiar with, so iphone photos are definitely the way to go...specially when we see photos like these!
Great job Y. + J. all of these are just perfect!
